Android App End User License Agreement

If you see inappropriate content, please use the “Report as offensive” feature in each post. 1. Parties This agreement applies only between you and App Name and not between Apple, Inc. (“Apple”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that Apple and its affiliates are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and that Apple has the right to enforce this Agreement against you. App Name, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Name App and its content. 2. Privacy App Name may collect and use information about your use of the Name App, including certain types of information from and about your device. App Name may use this information as long as it is available in a form that you do not personally identify to measure the use and performance of the Name App. 3. Limited License App Name grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Name App for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may only use the App on Apple devices that you own or control and that are permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. 4. Age Limits By using the Name App, you represent and warrant that (a) you are 17 years of age or older and agree to be bound by this Agreement; (b) if you are under the age of 17, you have obtained proven consent from a parent or legal guardian; and (c) Your use of the Name App is not contrary to any applicable laws or regulations. Your access to the Name App may be interrupted without notice if App Name believes, in its discretion, that you are under the age of 17 and have not obtained proven consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you give your consent to your child`s use of the Name App, you agree to be bound by this agreement regarding your child`s use of the Name App. 5. The contents of the Offensive Content Policy must not be transmitted to App Name, which moderates all content and ultimately decides whether a deposit should be published to the extent that such content contains offensive content, with or next to it. offensive content, but is not limited to: (i) sexually explicit material; (ii) obscene, defamatory, defamatory, defamatory, defamatory, violent and/or illegal content or obscenities; (iii) content that infringes the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark, data protection, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights, or that is misleading or fraudulent; (iv) content that encourages the use or sale of illicit or regulated substances, tobacco products, ammunition and/or firearms; and (v) gambling, including, but not limited to, online casinos, sports betting, bingo or poker….
